Step 1: Sign in to Flew

Navigate to the Flew Web App and click “Sign In”. Flew uses Privy for authentication, giving you two options:
  • Email: Enter your email address. Flew automatically creates an embedded Solana wallet for you.
  • External wallet: Connect an existing Solana wallet directly.
Either path gives you a ready-to-use Solana wallet.

Using an external wallet

If you prefer to connect an existing wallet, these(along with many others) are supported:

Phantom

Backpack

Solflare

Step 2: Fund your wallet

You’ll need SOL for transaction fees and to place bets. You can get SOL from:
  • Centralized Exchanges (CEXs): Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, etc.
  • Direct Purchase: Many wallets offer direct on-ramps to buy SOL with a credit card.
If you signed in with email, fund the embedded wallet address shown in your Flew dashboard.

Step 3: Configure for Arcium (first time only)

Flew uses Arcium’s Confidential Computing to keep your bets private. On first use, Flew initializes your encryption keys. If you’re using an external wallet, you’ll approve a one-time signature request. Embedded wallet users won’t see a prompt. This one-time setup enables you to:
  • Place private bets.
  • Decrypt your own position data.
  • Participate in private market settlements.
Flew never has access to your private keys. External wallet keys stay in your wallet. Embedded wallet keys are managed by Privy’s secure key infrastructure and are only used to process your private data within Arcium’s enclave.
